Frequently Asked Questions
We offer a flat-rate monthly subscription plan that lets you request as many graphic design tasks as you need. Once a task is approved, we’ll move on to the next task in your queue immediately. Any of our plans do not require a long-term contract, and you can cancel anytime. We work on a task by day.
Although there are a few considerations when it comes to turnaround timing, having a well-defined design brief and instructions help us stay on our goal of delivering standard request withing 1 and 2 days. Complex requests such as landing page design, brochures, annual reports, catalogs, multipage documents, or anything similar takes more than 48 hours.
As mentioned in the last questions, it depends on the complexity of your task and the revisions you request. However, having a clear plan and direction of what you want and providing the right content and references, the design process will go smoother and faster.
Based on our experience, these are some samples of what we have accomplished daily for some of our clients :

Although we would love to help you with all your creative needs, there are an exception to the type of work we offer. We do not offer: 3D modeling, custom illustrations, lettering, copywriting, website copy, branding, UX/UI research, web development, app design, complex animations, motion graphics, vehicle wraps, magazine layouts, album covers, book covers, and logo design.
